Why we exist

Some people
aren't built
to work inside
systems.
They're built
to reimagine
them.

Wolfmother was built in 2018 out of a simple reality. Some people can't unsee the upstream problem. The one three layers back that nobody named. The one that's causing everything downstream to break.

She saw the spiderweb. The way every broken process connects to six others. The way nothing in a business is ever truly isolated.

The way a people problem is actually a systems problem. The way the thing everyone is fighting is never actually the real thing. In every role, every engagement, every room she walked into — it was there. She couldn't stop seeing it. And she couldn't stop needing to fix it.

She grew up in business. Complexity wasn't something she learned to tolerate. It was something she learned to love. The scaling, the people, the systems, the problems that don't have clean answers. All of it. Business is a passion. Systems are a passion. And the intersection of the two — the place where everything either holds together or falls apart — that's where Wolfmother was born.

Wolfmother exists because that kind of thinking is rare. And because the organizations that need it most are the ones operating in environments where getting it wrong isn't an option.

The engagement

We don't consult
from a distance.

Every engagement follows the same three moves. The depth changes. The rigor doesn't. And when we're done, you don't need us back for the same problem.

01
Hunt

Find the real problem.

Not the symptom everyone's been treating. The actual root cause three layers back. We get into it — deeply, methodically, without assumptions — until we know exactly what we're dealing with.

02
Build

Architect what solves it.

We design the system, process, or framework built for your reality. Not a template. Not a deck. Something that accounts for your people, your constraints, and the complexity you actually live in.

03
Run

Make it yours to run.

A document is not a solution. We build it with you, train your people on it, and make sure you can hunt for yourself when we're gone. The goal is capability transfer, not dependency.

Who's behind it

The thinking
is the
credential.

Mojan Nejati has spent nearly a decade solving problems organizations didn't know how to name. Her work spans industries most consultants pick one of. Defense, entertainment, tech, trades, health and human performance. The capability doesn't change when the sector does.

Every problem is different.
The standard for solving it never is.

She has been a key part of building human performance programs for elite operators and warfighters serving the US Department of Defense and allied organizations. This includes contributions to work embedded in the redesign of Basic Military Training for the next generation of Airmen, programs across the USAF Weapons School, Space Force, and Special Operations Command, and systems built for environments where the margin for error is zero.

As a co-founder and COO at Ironslate, she is part of the team building the connective tissue of modern production. Ironslate connects studios, vendors, and production partners through proprietary intelligence, negotiated rates, and the infrastructure to move faster than the market. She serves as Head of Making Things Actually Work, responsible for the operational and product systems behind a platform trusted by some of the largest names in global film and television. The team's combined legacy includes over $100M in studio revenue, 1.5M square feet of production space developed, and more than $500M in entertainment industry transactions.

She brings divergent thinking and tactical clarity to every engagement. She sees the spiderweb. The upstream cause, the downstream ripple, the thing nobody named yet. And she builds the systems that account for all of it.

How we operate

The rules
we run by.

These aren't values on a wall. They're the things we actually do and don't do. Every engagement. No exceptions.

01 We solve the real problem.

Not the one you named. The one underneath it. We don't start building until we've found it. Rushing past it is how you end up solving the wrong problem twice.

02 We build for humans, not org charts.

A system nobody uses is just documentation with ambition. We design for the people inside the work, not the people presenting the org chart.

03 A document is not a solution.

We build it with you. We train your people on it. We make sure it runs before we leave. Handing over a deck is not the same as fixing something and we refuse to confuse the two.

04 You get what we actually see.

Not a polished version of it. Not the thing you want to hear. If we see something that matters, we say it. That's what you're paying for and we take that seriously.

05 We only take on what we can solve.

Everything else is a waste of your money and our time. We would rather turn you away than take the work and underdeliver. That's not humility. That's how we protect the work.

Work with us

Not everyone qualifies.

Submit your situation. We read every one. If there's a real fit, you'll hear from us.

We take on a limited number of engagements at a time. Every problem deserves the right attention.
