Wolfmother provides the operations and systems architecture behind OPTML, a US defense human performance firm. Inside their programs for the US Air Force and Space Force, our part has been the reports, the briefings and the tools participants use.
Basic Military Training redesign
Part of 2AF's overhaul of how new Airmen are trained and assessed. Our part: the discovery reports for Basic Military Training and for Military Training Instructors, each delivered with a briefing deck and read-ahead.
Human performance program
A multi-year human performance program for tactical aviators. Our part: the end-of-course reports for each class, and the participant app, with an AI performance coach and direct booking with the on-site team.
Air support operations
Human performance capability for an air support operations squadron. Our part: the discovery report and a version of the participant app built for the squadron.
Training pipeline expansion
Extending the program across Space Force training and five Air Force technical schools. Our part: a report for each school, an enterprise roll-up, and preliminary and final reports for Space Force.

Most consultants respond to scopes. We have helped write them. Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, proposal responses and deliverable presentations put in front of government evaluators. Repeatedly.

We record the people who do each job and turn it into role manuals, SOPs and step-by-step training videos, so critical knowledge stays when people rotate out.
Operations architecture
The people structures, documented process and technology underneath both. Operational audits, process design, org and management design, capability transfer so your team runs it without us.
AI & automation
AI assistants that take coordination off leaders' plates: meetings turned into tasks, weekly briefings, overdue work chased. A person approves every new task, and each assistant works only in the channels it is approved for. We have built these for clients' companies, and we run them in our own.
