Government & Defense

We build the operations behind high-stakes work.

Most operations consultants have never produced anything a regulator read or an evaluator scored. We have, on both sides of the border. Safety documentation that went into provincial regulatory submissions. Training systems running in US Air Force pipelines. The systems hold up because they were built for environments where they have to.

Past performance

The work behind the work.

Wolfmother provides the operations and systems architecture behind OPTML, a US defense human performance firm. Working as part of their team, we have contributed to programs delivered across the US Air Force and Space Force.

2nd Air Force

Basic Military Training redesign

Contributed to 2AF's overhaul of how the next generation of Airmen are trained, assessed and prepared. New events, new exercises, and a performance culture built for the environment they are actually going into.

USAF Weapons School

Human performance program

A multi-year engagement designing and delivering human performance for some of the world's most highly trained tactical aviators. The margin for error is zero, so the system has to work the first time.

25th ASOS

Air support operations

Human performance capability for an air support operations squadron, built around how the unit actually operates rather than around a generic wellness model.

Space Force & Tech Schools

Training pipeline expansion

Extending human performance capability across Space Force training pipelines and Air Force technical schools. The same methodology, scaled across the training enterprise.

Procurement

We have worked both sides
of the table.

Most consultants respond to scopes. We have helped write them. Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, proposal responses and deliverable presentations put in front of government evaluators. Repeatedly.

We know what a scoping document is trying to control for, and we know how a response gets scored. The deliverable is built to be evaluated, not just to be finished.

  • Provincial and state regulatory. Safety documentation and programs written into submissions to provincial regulators and to US OSHA standard.
  • The full compliance chain. The manual, the training that proves people were taught it, the forms that capture the evidence, and the reports that prove it on demand.
  • Multi-jurisdiction by default. Built across several regulatory regimes, so the system travels instead of being rebuilt.
Capabilities

What we can be
contracted for.

Six lines, and they are built to combine. Most engagements use three of them.

01

Workforce training

Multi-year blended programs: digital, in-class, and physical practice environments built on site where people perform the actual work before they ever touch a live job. Competency tracked and assessed.

02

Safety & compliance

Safety documentation, programs and management systems written to the standard a regulator reads. Plus the training and the evidence trail that prove the program is real in practice.

03

Operations architecture

The people structures, documented process and technology underneath both. Operational audits, process design, org and management design, capability transfer so your team runs it without us.

04

Field data capture

One capture in the field becomes inspection reports, compliance records, client-facing documents and payroll data. Automated, and formatted to your brand rather than dumped as a spreadsheet.

05

AI & automation

Autonomous systems with tool access, persistent memory and write access into live business systems. Not chatbots. We have built these for clients' companies, and we run them in our own.

06

Human performance

Performance programs for teams operating under pressure, grounded in measurement rather than wellness. Delivered into defense training pipelines and built on years in performance research.

Across all six

  • Process design and documentation
  • Compliance evidence, reporting and audit preparation
  • Custom application development
  • Multi-jurisdiction delivery, Canada and United States
Results

The work howls.

Government contracting is complex, always changing, and brutal to systematize. Mojan fit into our culture immediately, built trust with the team fast, and helped us build systems that don't just work today but hold up when everything shifts.

What she built with us didn't just solve the immediate problem. It scaled. That's the difference between a consultant and someone who actually understands operations.

Delivery

How we scale
to a contract.

Wolfmother operates as a prime contractor with a vetted bench of specialist subcontractors: instructors and specialist schools including wilderness, survival and field training, trades and construction firms, technical specialists and subject-matter experts, engaged per contract against the requirement.

Selected for the requirement

The team assigned to your contract is chosen for your scope of work, not whoever happens to be on staff.

Capacity scales to scope

The bench sizes to the work rather than being capped by headcount.

One point of contact

We manage the contract, the standards and the delivery. You deal with one firm instead of coordinating several.
