Wolfmother provides the operations and systems architecture behind OPTML, a US defense human performance firm. Working as part of their team, we have contributed to programs delivered across the US Air Force and Space Force.
Basic Military Training redesign
Contributed to 2AF's overhaul of how the next generation of Airmen are trained, assessed and prepared. New events, new exercises, and a performance culture built for the environment they are actually going into.
Human performance program
A multi-year engagement designing and delivering human performance for some of the world's most highly trained tactical aviators. The margin for error is zero, so the system has to work the first time.
Air support operations
Human performance capability for an air support operations squadron, built around how the unit actually operates rather than around a generic wellness model.
Training pipeline expansion
Extending human performance capability across Space Force training pipelines and Air Force technical schools. The same methodology, scaled across the training enterprise.

Most consultants respond to scopes. We have helped write them. Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, proposal responses and deliverable presentations put in front of government evaluators. Repeatedly.
